A new key visual, trailer, ending theme song, and additional voice cast members have been unveiled for the upcoming Tetsuryo! meet with Tetsudou Musume original anime series. The anime is scheduled to premiere in Japan in October 2026.

The latest trailer spotlights the anime’s ending theme “Watashi Miraisen,” performed by the voice actor unit Tetsuryo-kai, which consists of main cast members May Tachibana, Mao Shoji, Haruna Fukushima, and Hika Tsukishiro.
Additionally, the newly announced voice cast members joining the series include:

Other characters that will also make special appearances throughout the show include Tomoka Ishiyama, Madoka Toyokawa, Wakaba Hashimoto, Tsubasa Hiraizumi, Mizuki Yakusa, and Daiya Hayami.
Misuzu Hoshino (Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable!) is directing the anime series, with Aya Satsuki (Camping For Two series composer and co-scriptwriter) as series composer and scriptwriter and Naofumi Hashimoto (Laid-Back Camp Season 3) as character designer. Kisetsu Morita (I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level light novel author) is credited with the source material cooperation, while East Fish Studio is handling the animation production.
The anime series is inspired by Tomy Tec.‘s Tetsudo Musume character line that was first released in 2005. The Tetsudo Musume character line is themed around women who work in various occupations that involve railway networks. Since its release, it has spawned into a multimedia franchise inspiring novels, CD dramas, and character CDs.

Pony Canyon describes the main synopsis of Tetsuryo! meet with Tetsudou Musume as:
Misaki has often felt the urge to break free from everyday life and set out on a journey somewhere far away. Even though she doesn’t yet know what she wants to become, she longs to find something she can truly be passionate about.
At the start of a new chapter on a lively campus, she meets the members of the Railway Travel Research Club—known as the “Tetsuryo Club.” As her world unfolds along the railway lines, Misaki’s heart begins to race with excitement!
