Eve has released an animated music video for the song “Abyss in the World.” The storyboarder and director is 10十10, an animator who directed the 2022 music video for Eve’s “Tohoko” and who was one of the prop designers and 2D works artists for the Takopi’s Original Sin anime.

10十10 was also involved with other aspects of the animation’s production, namely the animation, background art, and compositing. The video has a mix of 2D and 3D backgrounds, and switches up its visual presentation at certain points.

Eve’s previous animated music video was for the Witch Hat Atelier opening song “Wind’s Anthem.” That video had animation and character designs, as well as narrative work, storyboards, and background art, by the illustrator Kukka (The Tunnel to Summer, the Exit of Goodbyes illustrator), while the compositing was done by Yuji Miyata. 

“Abyss in the World” was released digitally the same day as the music video. The song has a jacket illustration drawn by 10十10.
