Indie anime studio bees inc. is the latest focus of PC maker Galleria’s Creators Scene video series, which showcases the daily life of creatives who use its products. The 30-second peek depicts bees inc’s animation creatives, which comprises various indie creators, at work while rendered as their respective 2D avatars.
bees inc. as a company was founded in 2023, and is involved in the fields of illustration work and music in addition to animation. In January 2026, it established an animation division with a studio located in the Katase-Enoshima area of Kanagawa’s Fujisawa City. The press release announcing the animation division’s formation mentioned that bees inc. had plans to do original projects in addition to contracted work,
Recent productions that bees inc. participated in include ZUTOMAYO’s “Fig Smoke” and “ultra tamashi” music videos.
Music producer YAMAAD is the company’s representative, while anime director Nowoka, who helmed animations like the ZUTOMAYO music video “Pain Give Form,” the MyGO!!!!! music video “Egakumirai,” and the Chainsaw Man mobile game’s opening movie, is its vice representative.
In an interview with Kai-You published last week, YAMAAD revealed that bees inc. had previously relied on Discord for production-related discussions and casual chatting, and will now make use of both the popular communication platform and its new physical studio.
At the time of writing, the bees inc. website’s member section lists 19 people, which includes compositors and production assistants.
