A well-balanced dressing, with the right ratios of acidity, sweetness, and fat, will take it from a so-so side to a salad your friends will be talking about for ages.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This humble dressing is chock-full of flavor with lime juice and vinegar (acidity), olive oil (fat), and honey (sweetness). Plus, you can make it your own with more seasonings like red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
