{"id":36998,"date":"2026-07-16T08:36:37","date_gmt":"2026-07-16T12:36:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/design-providers.com\/rise\/new-dont-move-trailer-unleashes-giant-spider-terror\/"},"modified":"2026-07-16T08:36:37","modified_gmt":"2026-07-16T12:36:37","slug":"new-dont-move-trailer-unleashes-giant-spider-terror","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/design-providers.com\/rise\/new-dont-move-trailer-unleashes-giant-spider-terror\/","title":{"rendered":"New &#8216;Don&#8217;t Move&#8217; Trailer Unleashes Giant Spider Terror!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>EXCLUSIVE: <\/strong>The marketing campaign for <em><strong>Don\u2019t Move<\/strong><\/em> is officially kicking into high gear.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the debut of the film\u2019s killer first poster, horror fans can now check out the official trailer for the upcoming indie creature feature, giving us our best look yet at the giant mutated spider lurking at the center of the nightmare.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To coincide with the trailer launch, the folks over at <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pod.link\/aHR0cHM6Ly9mZWVkcy5hY2FzdC5jb20vcHVibGljL3Nob3dzLzY5ZWJlMmNkYWU4YmM0ZjM3N2QxMDQxZg\/episode\/NmE1NmMxYmY3MGM4ODFkNzVjMTdlMGM3\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\">Scaredycast<\/a> have also released an <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pod.link\/aHR0cHM6Ly9mZWVkcy5hY2FzdC5jb20vcHVibGljL3Nob3dzLzY5ZWJlMmNkYWU4YmM0ZjM3N2QxMDQxZg\/episode\/NmE1NmMxYmY3MGM4ODFkNzVjMTdlMGM3\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\">in-depth interview with <strong>James Murray<\/strong><\/a>, where he discusses adapting the novel for the screen, bringing the giant spider to life, and the long journey from page to the big screen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the film, a giant, mutated spider traps a group of strangers in its web-covered lair, forcing them into a desperate fight for survival where making the wrong move could be their last.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Don\u2019t Move<\/em> stars <strong>Lyndsy Fonseca<\/strong> (<em>Kick-Ass<\/em>, <em>Nikita<\/em>), <strong>Russell \u201cRuss\u201d Vitale<\/strong>, <strong>Rob Riggle<\/strong> (<em>The Hangover<\/em>), <strong>Tom Cavanagh<\/strong> (<em>The Flash<\/em>), <strong>Hunter King<\/strong> (<em>The Young and the Restless<\/em>), and <strong>Joseph Lee Anderson<\/strong> (<em>Young Rock<\/em>), with special appearances by <strong>T-Pain<\/strong>, <strong>Brian \u201cQ\u201d Quinn<\/strong>, and <strong>Matt Biedel<\/strong> (<em>Narcos: Mexico<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Directed by <strong>Maclain Nelson<\/strong> (<em>The Saratov Approach<\/em>, <em>Once I Was a Beehive<\/em>), <em>Don\u2019t Move<\/em> is based on the bestselling novel by James \u201cMurr\u201d Murray (<em>Impractical Jokers<\/em>) and Darren Wearmouth, who also penned the screenplay together.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The trailer leans hard into the film\u2019s claustrophobic premise, teasing a tense survival story as the enormous creature stalks its victims through a labyrinth of webs. Better yet, it finally gives us a proper look at the monster itself, promising a healthy mix of creature-feature thrills and edge-of-your-seat suspense.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fans will also have two chances to catch the film before its nationwide release, with advance screenings scheduled for <strong>September 8<\/strong> in Kansas City and <strong>September 9<\/strong> at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles.
