At her father\u2019s suggestion, she takes a position at a summer camp for troubled youth to ease her guilt. When Emily arrives, she is welcomed by the other counselors, who accept her as she is and surround her with peace and forgiveness. Just as Emily begins to believe in a new kind of life, she starts to hear a voice whispering from deep in the woods \u2014 one that urges her to go home, and one that may be impossible to ignore.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zola Grimmer<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Alice Wordsworth<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Cherry Moore<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Lea Rose Sebastianis<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Ella Reec<\/strong>e,\u00a0<strong>Austyn Van De Kamp<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Izza Jarvis,<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Sophie Bawks-Smith\u00a0<\/strong>star.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The film is produced by\u00a0<strong>Taylor Nodrick<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>Influencers<\/em>),<strong>\u00a0Jacob Glickman<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Jackie De Niverville<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Martin Cadieux-Rouillard<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Maya Cadieux-Rouillard<\/strong>. Executive Producers on the film are\u00a0<strong>Paul Cadieux<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>The Triplets of Belleville<\/em>),\u00a0<strong>Milan Chakraborty<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>My Friend Dahmer<\/em>),\u00a0<strong>Peter Kuplowsky<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>In a Violent Nature<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Psycho Goreman<\/em>),\u00a0<strong>Michael Peterson<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>Harpoon<\/em>), and\u00a0<strong>Sanjay M Sharma<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>Four Samosas<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Camp<\/em>\u00a0world premiered at Austin\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Fantastic Fest<\/strong>, where it took\u00a0<strong>Best Feature<\/strong>\u00a0in the\u00a0<strong>Next Wave<\/strong>\u00a0competition, and picked up the awards for\u00a0<strong>Best Screenplay<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Best Cinematography<\/strong>\u00a0at the\u00a0<strong>Brooklyn Horror Film Festival<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his review for the film out of Chattanooga, Dread\u2019s Chad Collins wrote, \u201cI was entranced with its elegiac queer undertones and propensity for quiet, everyday magic.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Head to\u00a0<em>Camp<\/em>\u00a0when the film arrives on VOD<strong> July 10th<\/strong>.
