CLAYMONT, Del. (WPVI) — <\/span>A woman is in critical condition after being shot Saturday evening in the parking lot of a pizza shop in New Castle County.<\/p>\n The shooting happened around 6:45 p.m. outside a Papa Johns in the 2100 block of Marsh Road.<\/p>\n Authorities said the victim was transported to an area hospital, where she remains in critical condition.<\/p>\n Investigators have not released details about what led to the shooting.<\/p>\n There was also no immediate word on whether any arrests have been made.<\/p>\n Anyone with information is asked to contact Delaware State Police.<\/p>\n Copyright \u00a9 2026 WPVI-TV.
