Its setting is\u00a02050 Japan and features the so-called Meta Reality, which blends the real and the virtual. People use MR sensory nerves to perceive MR Objects with the five senses, but highschooler Taiki has a congenital MR bug that prevents him from experiencing Meta Reality. One day,\u00a0Taiki is saved from a soft toy-like MR bug by the\u00a0AI Robotika Lily.
