A teaser trailer for the recently announced Dengeki Daisy\u00a0<\/em>shojo anime adaptation has been released, previewing the two leads through a boxy aspect ratio.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n The teaser drop was accompanied by the cast reveals of Yoshino Aoyama<\/strong> as Teru Kurebayashi and Taku Yashiro<\/strong> as Tasuku Kurosaki. Additionally, Crunchyroll revealed at Anime Expo that Dengeki Daisy<\/em> is one of its acquired titles.<\/span><\/p>\n Dengeki Daisy <\/em>is based on the\u00a0Shogakukan-published manga by Kyosuke Motomi<\/strong>. In the story, high school student Teru possesses a phone from her late brother that receives messages from a mysterious person called DAISY. When Teru accidentally breaks a window, she ends up working for the school janitor Tasuku.<\/span><\/p>\n Sota Ueno<\/strong> (Days With My Stepsister<\/em>,\u00a0SHIBOYUGI: Playing Death Games to Put Food on the Table<\/em>) is helming the production at\u00a0Studio DEEN<\/strong>. Other staff member sinclude\u00a0Sawako Hirabayashi<\/strong>\u00a0(TsumaSho<\/em>) as series composer,\u00a0Ayaka Murakami<\/strong>\u00a0(Cute High Earth Defense Club Haikara!<\/em>) as character designer, and\u00a0Masaru Yokoyama<\/strong>\u00a0(Mashle: Magic and Muscles<\/em>) as music composer.<\/span><\/p>\n The\u00a0Dengeki Daisy\u00a0<\/em>manga began serialization in shojo magazine Betsucomi in 2007 and released its\u00a016th and final volume in 2014.\u00a0Viz Media has the manga in English and describes the synopsis as such:<\/span><\/p>\n One day at school, Teru accidentally breaks a window and agrees to pay for it by helping Kurosaki with chores around school.
