(WPVI) — <\/span>This extreme weather may be creating a rough road in West Goshen Township, Chester County.<\/p>\n The 1200 block of Pottstown Pike northbound lanes are closed after the road buckled on Thursday.<\/p>\n Police say there is no estimate on when repairs will be made.<\/p>\n Action News has also called PennDOT about what may have caused the damage.
