Crunchyroll has confirmed its acquisition of the new season for exclusive worldwide (except Asia) streaming, though it\u2019s currently unknown when it will debut.<\/span><\/p>\n Witch Hat Atelier\u00a0<\/em>started airing on April 6, with Netflix streaming it in \u201cselect regions of Asia.\u201d The adaptation of Kamome Shirahama<\/strong>\u2018s manga sees the young Coco entering the captivating and dangerous world of witches after a magic accident petrifies her mother. Ayumu Watanabe<\/strong>\u00a0(Summer Time Rendering<\/em>,\u00a0Fortune Favors\u00a0Lady<\/em>\u00a0Nikuko<\/em>,\u00a0Children of the Sea<\/em>) directed the BUG FILMS\u00a0<\/strong>production with Jun Shinohara<\/strong>\u00a0(Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead<\/em>\u00a0Episode 3 and 12 storyboard artist and director) as assistant director,\u00a0Kairi Unabara<\/strong>\u00a0(Magical Girl holoWitches!\u00a0<\/em>main trailer\u00a0co-character designer,\u00a0The Invisible Man and His Soon-to-Be Wife<\/em>) as character designer, and\u00a0Hiroshi Seko<\/strong>\u00a0(Jujutsu Kaisen<\/em>) as series composer. It was named Best Manga at the 37th Harvey Awards, and has a spin-off manga by\u00a0Hiromi Sato\u00a0<\/strong>titled\u00a0Tongari Boshi no Kitchen, which debuted in 2019.
