First, Colin Krawchuk brought us the Jester via a viral short film. Now, in 2025, we\u2019re getting a second feature film starring the terrifying masked madman. But, with The Jester 2<\/strong><\/em>, our villain may have met his match\u2026<\/p>\n

The official synopsis for the film reads: <\/h4>\n

On Halloween night, teen magician Max finds herself locked in a brutal showdown with the Jester, a nightmarish and supernatural trickster with real dark magic and a killer act. As illusions turn lethal and every escape is a trap, Max must pull off the ultimate trick: staying alive. On this deadly night, the only escape\u2026 is to beat the devil at its own game.<\/em><\/p>\n

Michael Sheffield (The Jester<\/em>), Kaitlyn Trentham (Murder Made Me Famous, Within The Woods<\/em>), Jessica Ambuehl (Becoming, The Dream Motel<\/em>), and Dingani Beza (23 Minutes to Sunrise, Marshall\u2019s Miracle<\/em>) star in the sequel.<\/p>\n

DREAD and Fathom Entertainment are proudly bringing The Jester 2<\/em><\/strong> to theaters nationwide with a special two-night screening event on September 15 and September 16. The two-night Fathom Entertainment theatrical release will include an exclusive look at the making of THE JESTER 2,<\/strong> with a behind-the-scenes featurette. Join director Colin Krawchuk and the entire cast as they reveal how the chilling sequel was brought to life, complete with cast interviews, on-set footage, and a deep dive into the creation of the film\u2019s most terrifying moments. <\/p>\n
