A TV anime adaptation of the Wound & Bandage (Kizuguchi to Hotai) manga is scheduled to begin airing in January 2027. Two teaser visual variants were released with the announcement.

Miyuki Ishida (I.CINNAMOROLL, One-Punch Man Season 3 assistant director, The Pet Girl of Sakurasou color designer) is directing the anime at J.C.STAFF. Natsuki Oyama (Can a Boy-Girl Friendship Survive?) is the character designer.
The Wound & Bandage manga by Umihoshi Nanai debuted on Kodansha’s Comic DAYS on August 27, 2024 and will get its fifth volume on July 16, 2026. The premise involves a yakuza boss’s daughter with a fetish for strong people who have been weakened and the captain who’s assigned to take care of her.
Wound & Bandage was originally a one-shot.
