Pony Canyon has unveiled a global visual for the upcoming Kaiju Girl Caramelise TV anime series, featuring the giant kaiju monster and the male lead, Arata. The anime is scheduled to begin broadcasting in Japan on July 2, 2026.

Additionally, Kaiju Girl Caramelise will stream on Crunchyroll worldwide, excluding Asia, but including India. It will stream on Muse Asia’s official YouTube channel and has been licensed by Muse Communication for streaming platforms in Taiwan and Southeast Asia. KT Studio Genie will also distribute it on streaming platforms in South Korea.
The anime will also have a screening at Anime Expo 2026 at a panel titled KAIJU GIRL CARAMELISE: The Kaiju-Sized?! North American Premiere, which will take place on July 3, 2026 at 2:45 PM to 3:35 PM PST at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Room 403AB. The first episode, as well as the North America premiere of the second episode, will be shown during the panel.
Otakon and AnimagiC will also host screenings for the series’ fifth and sixth episodes in North America and Europe, respectively.
Teruyuki Omine is directing the anime series, with Yuniko Ayana (BanG Dream! It’s MyGO!!!!!, BanG Dream!) as series composer and NUT’s Mitomi Nakayama as character designer. LIDENFILMS is in charge of the animation production.

The sci-fi romantic comedy manga series by Spica Aoki debuted in KADOKAWA’s Monthly Comic Alive on February 27, 2018 and has released nine tankobon volumes as of December 2025. A 10th volume will be published in Japan on July 22, 2026. Yen Press releases the manga in English.
