There are several key responsibilities that individuals need to understand when purchasing a firearm. They must learn how to use the firearm correctly, how to properly maintain it, and how to properly store it. &nbsp;This article will focus on the best ways to store your firearm:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Gun Safe. &nbsp;<\/strong>A high-quality gun safe can protect your firearm from a house fire, and make it very difficult for anyone else to access it.<\/li>\n<li>The safe should have a fire rating of at least one hour, this suggests that the safe can endure sixty minutes worth of flames at approximately twelve-hundred degrees Fahrenheit before the contents inside are damaged.<\/li>\n<li>The gun safe\u2019s door is typically the primary point of attack and for that reason should have a thickness between 10-gauge to 6-gauge.
