By registering for a course or making a purchase, you agree to the policies listed below.<\/p><div>\u00a0<\/div><h1><strong>Training \/ Shooting Package Policy<\/strong><\/h1><h2><strong>Cancellations<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p>If Condition Zero Tactical, LLC cancels a scheduled course, the full amount is refundable or may be applied toward another course.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Cancellations made <strong>7 days or fewer<\/strong> before the first day of training or a package are <strong>non\u2011refundable<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Cancellations made <strong>more than 7 days prior<\/strong> are subject to a <strong>minimum $50 fee<\/strong> (or more depending on the class).<\/p><\/li><li><p>Failure to appear or dropping from a course results in a <strong>non\u2011refundable<\/strong> payment.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Once a course has been attended or completed, the payment is <strong>non\u2011refundable<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>CCW Class Policy<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p>All CCW reservations are <strong>non\u2011refundable<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>With <strong>at least 2 days\u2019 notice<\/strong>, reservations may be transferred to a future class within <strong>6 months<\/strong> of the original reservation date.<\/p><\/li><li><p><em>Private CCW classes are excluded from this transfer policy.<\/em><\/p><\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><h1><strong>Merchandise Policy<\/strong><\/h1><h2><strong>Returns<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p>Merchandise returned <strong>after 30 days<\/strong> from the purchase date is <strong>non\u2011refundable<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Merchandise returned <strong>within 30 days<\/strong> in <strong>resalable condition<\/strong> (unopened\/unused) is refundable <strong>minus shipping and handling<\/strong> and a <strong>10% restocking fee<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Merchandise that is <strong>opened, used, installed, worn, damaged, or not in resalable condition<\/strong> will be <strong>non\u2011refundable<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Certain items cannot be returned once opened. Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Restocking \/ Processing Fee<\/strong><\/h2><p>All items are subject to a <strong>10% restocking or processing fee<\/strong>, deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping and handling charges are <strong>non\u2011refundable<\/strong>.<\/p><h2><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/h2><p>Clothing items in <strong>new and unused<\/strong> condition may be exchanged for a different size or color. No restocking fee applies; however, <strong>return shipping is the customer\u2019s responsibility<\/strong>.<\/p><div>\u00a0<\/div><h2><strong>How to Return an Item<\/strong><\/h2><p>To qualify for a return, items must be in their <strong>original, unused condition<\/strong>, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Returns must be made <strong>within 30 days<\/strong> of purchase.<\/p><p><strong>Steps to Return:<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"1\"><li><p>Email <strong>info@design-providers.com<\/strong> to request a refund.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Mail the item to: <strong>Condition Zero Tactical, LLC<\/strong> 7495 W. Azure Dr. Suite 110 Las Vegas, Nevada 89130<\/p><\/li><li><p>Include a <strong>signed letter<\/strong> stating the reason for your return, along with the <strong>original receipt<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><h1><strong>Firearms Training Agreement<\/strong><\/h1><p><strong>Release, Waiver, Indemnification, Hold Harmless &amp; Assumption of Risk<\/strong><\/p><p>Participation in firearms training involves inherent risks. By registering for and attending training, the Student agrees to the following terms:<\/p><h2><strong>1. Indemnification &amp; Hold Harmless<\/strong><\/h2><p>The Student agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless <strong>Thomas Marshall and Condition Zero Tactical LLC<\/strong> (including all employees, agents, and assistants) from any and all liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands, or lawsuits arising from:<\/p><ul><li><p>Participation in the course<\/p><\/li><li><p>Future use of instruction received<\/p><\/li><li><p>Discharge of firearms<\/p><\/li><li><p>Presence on or use of the range, buildings, land, or premises<\/p><\/li><li><p>Any acts or omissions of the Student<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>2. Waiver &amp; Release of Claims<\/strong><\/h2><p>The Student waives and releases all rights, claims, or causes of action against the Instructor related to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Death, injury, illness, or property damage<\/p><\/li><li><p>Conditions of the premises, including latent defects<\/p><\/li><li><p>Loss, theft, or damage to personal property<\/p><\/li><li><p>Use of ammunition or discharge of firearms<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>The Instructor shall not be liable for such claims.<\/p><h2><strong>3. Assumption of Risk<\/strong><\/h2><p>The Student acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with:<\/p><ul><li><p>Handling and operating firearms<\/p><\/li><li><p>Discharge of firearms<\/p><\/li><li><p>Use of live ammunition<\/p><\/li><li><p>Activities conducted on the premises<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>The Student agrees to follow all safety rules and instructions at all times.<\/p><h2><strong>4. Scope &amp; Enforceability<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p>This Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law.<\/p><\/li><li><p>If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.<\/p><\/li><li><p>All remedies available to the Instructor are cumulative.<\/p><\/li><li><p>This Agreement is binding upon the Student and their executors, representatives, administrators, assignees, heirs, and next of kin.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>5.
